About The Grange Spa

At The Grange Spa, we are more than just a luxury boutique spa—we are a team dedicated to wellness, stress relief, and exceptional service. We believeself-care is a necessity, not a luxury, and our carefully curated environment ensures every guest experiences peace, relaxation, and genuine care. We are a family run business established in 2009 and are looking for a motivated individual to become part of our growing team and join us on an exciting journey.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and skilled full-time therapist (35-39 hours per week) to join our small but dedicated team. The right person will not only excel in their technical skills but will alsoembody our values of humility, continuous learning, teamwork, and exceptional service.

Experience with professional skincare and spa brands is highly desirable. We work with Thalgo and Pinks Boutique, so familiarity with these brands would be an advantage. However, we welcome candidates who have experience working with any professional product house and are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, manicures, and pedicures.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and guest service.
Contribute to team collaboration and training, sharing knowledge and learning from others.
Cover periods on reception and work along side your team throughout each day to ensure all guests are cared for, upholding the spa’s mission, values, and culture in every client interaction.
Setting up and closing down the treatment rooms and spa.
Support a clean, organised, and welcoming environment—we tidy as we go.

What We Expect

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or Massage (or equivalent).
At least 2+ years of hands-on spa experience (luxury spa experience is a plus).
Passion for health, wellness, and self-care.
A positive, humble, and team-oriented mindset.
Commitment to continuous professional growth and training.
Experience with professional product houses (Thalgo, Pinks Boutique, or similar).
Proficiency in manicures and pedicures alongside core spa treatments.
Excellent client communication skills—you’ll create meaningful wellness experiences.

Staff benefits – use of the gym and spa facilities out of your working hours, monthly complimentary treatment, Christmas gathering, social events.
A full-time contract (35-39 hours per week). We are closed Sundays and Mondays and so shifts are Tuesday to Saturday. (shift patterns are 8-4.30, 9-5pm, 10-6.30pm and one late night every other Thursday 11am-9pm)
