Enjoy Your Stay

How To Spa

Relax & Enjoy

We want your visit to The Grange Spa to feel completely stress free.
Please allow plenty of time for your experience so you can relax without feeling rushed.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment.
This gives us time to confirm your details and understand your current spa needs.
You can also unwind with a refreshment before your treatment begins.

Arriving a little earlier helps set the tone for a calm, relaxing, and rejuvenating visit.

What To Bring?

We provide a soft, fluffy robe for your visit.
If you prefer to stay dressed, please wear loungewear, gym wear, or any comfortable clothing.

Please bring indoor footwear such as sandals, flip-flops, or slippers.
If you plan to use the gym, trainers are required.

We recommend leaving jewellery and valuables at home.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Mobile Phones & Smoking

We encourage guests to switch off their mobile phones during their visit.
Taking time away from screens can support mental wellbeing and mindfulness.

Some guests may wish to listen to music, capture moments, do light work, or use social media.
This is entirely your choice.
We kindly ask that phone use remains discreet and considerate of others.

The Grange Spa is a non-smoking and non-vaping site.
If you need to smoke or vape, please speak to a team member.
We will do our best to direct you to a suitable area away from other guests.

Minimum age: 16 years.
