Our half day gives you use of all of our facilities for four hours; pool, gym, heat experiences and relaxation areas, starting at a time that is convenient with you.

 Included in your half day:

• A welcome drink on arrival
• Use of a fluffy robe and towel for the duration of your visit

You can incorporate treatments into your half day if you wish at an additional cost. Lunch is also available at the extra cost from £12.50 and must be ordered prior to your visit.
