Membership Fees
£114 Per Month
Our gym is designed for people who value quality over quantity. Whether your focus is strength, mobility, general fitness, recovery or healthy ageing, you’ll find a welcoming environment free from the crowds and distractions of larger commercial facilities.
Membership includes:
- Full use of the gym, swimming pool and wellness facilities during opening hours
- Access to the swimming pool
- Access to the hot and cold experience area
- Initial gym induction
- Two complimentary guest passes per year
- 10% discount on selected spa treatments and retail products
There are no lengthy contracts, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy the facilities in a way that suits your lifestyle.
A joining fee of £60 applies upon enrolment.
Personal Coaching & Fitness Consultations
For members seeking more personalised support, one-to-one coaching and fitness consultations with Matt Craven are available from £70 per hour.
Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science together with professional fitness qualifications and has more than 20 years of experience helping people improve their health, fitness and performance.
Available services include:
- Fitness assessments
- Goal setting consultations
- Body measurements and progress tracking
- Personalised training programmes
- Strength and conditioning coaching
- Mobility and movement coaching
- Lifestyle and wellbeing guidance
These services are optional and can be tailored to your individual goals.
