"My friend and I visited the spa for a half day experience on 22 May 2010.  It was absolutely fantastic.  We had a very relaxing time in the pool and spa areas.  The ice fountain was very refreshing and tropical shower was my favourite.  Enjoyed a nice drink and a cake and finished our day relaxing round the pool in our dressing gowns.  Beautiful changing rooms with showers, which included lovely hair and body washes and a separate changing area with body lotion and a hair drying facility.  Staff very helpful and friendly.  Also purchased some flip flops, as I had forgotten my own.  They are extremely comfortable, and I now live in them!  Will definately return to The Grange Spa for another relaxing treat."
