The Grange Spa’s Ski Fit Program

Our ski programmes are for 12 weeks so you can make the most of your winter and to make sure you are fitter than an avalanche dog before you get to the slopes! Use of the spa facilities is not included but you can add this at an extra charge.

Matt Craven has had over 12 years experience in the health and fitness industry, is a qualified ski instructor and race coach and a premier trained personal trainer at Reps level three with an honours degree in sports science.

We offer a 10% reduction for Ski Club of Great Britain members.
